Which Home Access PC is best?

Hi there we have been lucky enough to get a Home Access grant to buy a PC for my daughter we want a lap top but can only use certain suppliers has anyone had an dealings with this scheme as we have no idea what is the best deal available.We don't want to get something that is no good at all and we know nothing about them.

    I don't know any details of the scheme but if you do a search in this forum similar questions have been asaked before.
