Why not come over and join us on the ebay board. Lots of tips for selling, and scams to watch for (especially with mobile phones).

For newbie sellers watch for paypal, remember to cover yourself with using a certificate of posting for items under £32 so you can refund if item doesn't arrive and reclaim from the RM. For items over £32 you must use special delivery as that way you get a tracking number for paypal and if it does get lost can again reclaim from the RM.

Mobiles over £32 are no longer covered against loss if sent overseas, so bear that in mind if you allow bids from overseas buyers.

The last big tip is to remember to factor in new postage rules that come into effect on Monday, make sure you have covered yesterday on current listings and have sufficient p and p included.

Other than that, watch the fees as they do mount up, check your costs before clicking to confirm listing, and have a great time!

    Good luck to you all

Look at the completed sales on ebay and then check those against the current sale prices on Amazon before you make a decision. Some CDs go better on Ebay than they do on Amazon, and some are vice versa.
