"But please vote, I have a bet on it +75% but seriously

"England expects that every man/female will do his duty" brought up to date"

I hope you are match betting that. If not have a look at the gambling introductory offers board here, they'll tell you all you need to know.

Our polling station is behind the pub, so turnout here should be good.
The result is a foregone conclusion. Like the Fayre, everyone knows what will happen, same as last time, but that won't affect turnout.:)

I think the poster is trying to convert you to screwing the bookies.

Whereas, you were gambling. Whi means you could lose money.

did you see the bnp candidate in east london provoke a group of asian men by calling them robbers and then lay into them. some supporters have shockingly cut into the clip later and posted on youtube to make it look like he was spat on unprovoked,

Indeed vote early and often. I voted a week ago. Here's to a good Lib Dem result and a thrashing of Gordon Brown.

i think betting (particularly spread betting) on elections should be banned. as if there aren't enough vested interests trying to influence the results....

    I disagree
I think that unless people have an opinion they should not just go and tick any old box for the sake of voting.
I believe that one should vote, but one should also take the time to work out who to vote for, too many people just go along with a name that they are used to hearing or a face off the TV!

With the postal voting fraud it could be 120%+ turnout in some areas.:D

I thought it was great during the last Jonathan Dimbleby debate on ITV on Tuesday they had a spread betting guy on saying what the odds were and how much money had been wagered with Darling, Cable and Osborne looking on, slightly bemused. Gambling is fun.:T
