Loved to know if it works Nikki.... my skin is badly pock marked from years of bad acne....

    Is it expensive??

Lol, I'll be the guinea pig so will let you know.

Normally pricey (ish) at £20 for 50ml but its half price just now, still £10  but not as bad.

'It's hard to believe that this sophisticated solution, is sourced from the slime of Chilean snails'

I prefered secretion to slime personally. It doesn't look at all slimey tho.

. Apparently can help to plump out fine lines too.

I applied some on my hand to test it earlier and its so soft now.

On a serious note... oh really? Might have to investigate this further, don't know if it's just age creeping up, but I look and my face and think I look so old. Guess I should throw the ciggies out before complaining really ;)

Okay mondays mini move for may.
carrying on from HHHs move which you may or may not have done.
think about your 10k plans, projects or ideas and identify 5 strengths that you have that will be useful to you and why.
Then think of 5 perceived weaknesses and list them.
now for as many of your weaknesses as you can look for the hidden strength in them. what about your "weakness" might be an advantage to you.
This doesn't mean do nothing about your perceived weakness but now bear in mind the useful bits of it and try to retain them in any changes you try to make.
or you may decide that your weakness is actually a strength and actually build on it.
eg you may, as in NLIDs case, feel that a weakness is lack of sales training and skills. the strength in this may be an authentic small business feel to your interactions which customers value.
when working on addressing this weakness and improving sales you might want to hold the value of that small business feeling when deciding the best way of addressing it.
on the other hand you may decide that lack of sales skills is a strength after all and decide to market your business around your authenticity and values.
If you cannot find a strength in what you perceive to be your weakness then post on here and see if the dribblers are inspired to see one where you can't.
(NLID this wasn't aimed at you but it was the first example that came to mind.)
