    Hugs to all,
Rosie – I am so sorry to hear about your husband prayers and as many positive thoughts are with you. What a stressful time for you. Massive, massive hugs xxx

Nixi – hugs hope all is okay with you x

Saucy – big huggles to you too

Mambury – got your facebook message thanks for that. I started following them... let’s see what happens.

Big waves to Em, Jo, Mabel, Elly. Em and the lovely lot of you.

As for me went to first wedding meetup tonight met some lovely people, it was great to network and meet other wedding folk face to face.
I was so nervous at first, but they were super friendly. We will be catching up again and it was great to swap business cards, chat and rant.

Also got an email from a PR company apparently I am now one of the top 10 wedding bloggers in the UK. That put a big smile on my face.

I have a weird and wonderful non wedding related design project. I have a website to build for a Nigerian politician. Should be interesting, and there is the potential for me to do graphic design for the entire campaign... eeks.

Other than that, just going to get a bit of shut eye and get some other stuff sorted, might be going up to Manchester for part of my mini break just need to contact my mate and sort it out. Also began my xmas shopping and I have got 6 presents so far for £25.

Will do a bit of tidying tomorrow and just generally try and chill out.
Love to all of you and bit hugs to everyone who is having a bad time at the moment.
    xxx

Hi Rosie, been thinking of you, if it's any help I'm not that far away and I've been through a lot of similar things to what you must be feeling right now; I would have suggested meeting up before but I've always got the kids and they're very distracting if you want a natter. But if you fancy meeting up at some point in Hull, for a chat, I can get someone to watch them :) big hugs xx xx

Omg Dilli!! I'm not surprised though, have always thought your blog was really fun and interesting to read, I like seeing what pops up on Facebook :) that's great you got on well with the wedding fair people and the Nigerian thing sounds fantastic, should get you some publicity too, great stuff!

Elly did you get sorted? I can finally finish your husband in clay lol, as I've finished my 'show piece' bride and groom despite feeling like complete poo, so I can try my luck on Ebay. Unsure about prices etc, going to start a thread on the Ville asking for advice :) just hoping this cold goes soon as I ache all over, urghh xx
I have come here to chew bubblegum and kick @ss.... and I'm all out of bubblegum.

morning folks! hope all is well in dribble world
rosie - hugs! will keep fingers crossed for you both.

mams - thanks for the link will have a proper look later.

elly, - havent done any om my list so your winning!

paula - will sort out something for my website with a link or a picture of your sulkies

Dilli- just noticed your total - well done!

jo - glad you lappy is working again

    and hi to everybody else!

well what a two days! but at last got the cakes ready to deliver, must stop being such a perfectionist, but couldnt give 2nd rate product (in my eyes anyway) baked the bottom tier of the wedding cake twice - wasnt happy with the first one, finished at midnight last night (pics on facebook still cant post pics on here), am really quite chuffed with them - loving the shiny purple, def a bit different, made the flowers too for both cakes maybe start listing them on website as well! think i'll put prices up £150 is all i charged for the wedding cake but to buy in local bakers would have been £400-600 (???!!!), dont know what i would charge for the shiny purple - do you think £140 including flowers is too expensive? would love to do it in black shiny with white and black flowers (~black looks brilliant with the gloss on it).
catch up later must clean the house as its like a bomb has hit it!
