we had mice, rats, pidgeons and rabbits at the allotment
its disappointing when things get eaten, we used to cover things in fine mesh or protect them with tin cans with both ends removed or pop bottle tops,they act like a propagator as well....still even with these some things got eaten0 -
DGDs worn herself out and gone for a nap

yes we used those as well,its like the good life on an allotment,nothings wasted and there is a use for everything
He even built a huge greenhouse for a few £, using the old house windows, spare wood and some perspex sheets,everyone thought he was building a summerhouse
Maybe use the tops off pop bottles as a cover till they grow a bit0 -
Right after much nagging (you know who you are) I'm going to attempt an Etsy shop.....perhaps later.....need a cuppa and some lunch first lol0

Morning everyone.
am here reading but not posting much as my head is too full of trying to sort out debts and manage our money. been reading a lot on some of the other boards which is really helpful but then my head feels so full of that that its not easy to post as much on here.
but I am reading and keeping up with everyones goings on. and its not stuff that is gettiong me down or overwhelming me just a bit pre-occupying.
