is there a chance that maybe the people who ordered with next day delivery, won't receive either emails due to it probably going out earlier today? which means there could be a delivery tomorrow? *fingers crossed*2013: 3 course meal and champagne for two

They've just sent me an email to say it's been dispatched!!
I'm thinking this is because I paid a more realistic amount of money!
Happy days!
Out of curiosity, why would people order multiples of the same item? Surely that is just ruining it for other people?! No one needs three of the same jacket.
Hope some others get their orders through!
I did that because nothing was going through checkout and things were going out of stock really fast, everytime I refreshed something had gone from my basket. The total was minus something and the only way I could checkout was by increasing the amounts of the things I had. I explained that earlier in the thread.
I would have been happy to have one of a few things I was interested in but the site was going crazy and wouldn't allow me to. Congrats to those who got their orders though0 -
I Love Rare Fashion! and when i read this i thought it was quite strange coz there were no sales or offers so it's deffinately a technical issue with the running of the website.
I rekon any orders for tiny amounts like under £5 would stick out like a sore thumb as nothing on their wesite is ever that cheap! Any one who paid a decent amount of money is likely to get their orders as i think they would try and honour any orders they could afford to send out.The crazy ones like £300 worth of stuff for £2 would cost them too much to honour so they've sent a discount code instead by the looks of it! It's nice of them to honour some of them even though it's probably obvious there were mistakes with pricing.
I have bought from them before and mine was sent with the courier Interlink, and any marked as dispatched will have been sent out if past experience is anything to go by so well done if you got that e-mail! Enjoy your goodies!
P.s they have a new range being advertised called Opulence which looks amazing! Really expensive though, shame they weren't on the site at the time eh! Anyone know when this is available to buy?xxx0 -
Still no email
Its meant to be coming tomorrow as I paid for gold delivery!

I really hope it wasn't a guerilla style tactic to get people onto their site and to gain email addresses???
I have done marketing for large companies and you can tell pretty much straight away if there is an influx of sales, they would have spotted it straight away.
There is something in the sales of goods act, where if a sale has been made, i.e where money has exchanged hands and your card is charged, then a contract has been made, you have the rights to the goods and they have to honour the sale, (this doesn't mean miss-priced items sold in shops where you go up to the till)
If someone knows where this is as I am reading and reading, but I know it is there, I will post it, just reply stating thisBest Comp wins[/B]: , Holiday to Las Vegas worth £3K, £200 shoes, £130 ASOS voucher, £150 River Island Voucher, £100 Toni & Guy Voucher, £250 Red Letter Day Voucher, Holiday to NYC[/COLOR]0 -

I did wonder about the legality of refusing to honour the sales, but ultimately it's also a bit dodgy morally to pay 70p for goods you know are worth over £300:D0 -
