Best Benefits Bank Account

No this isn't looking for an account that I'd like the dole paid into
Basically, I took out a Natwest Advantage Gold account two days ago - haven't even received the welcome pack yet. I got it for ease of having all my accounts in one place, bar my main savings accounts. So I have a student account there, credit card, e-ISA and a cash-ISA. Also been with them for about 10 years when my dad had a Private banking account with them.
I took it out on the basis of - mobile phone insurance (I have an iPhone), 5* worldwide travel insurance, breakdown cover (inc. homestart) and extended warranty for £12.95 a month - presumably with no annual contract as they didn't mention this in the meeting I had.
I should have shopped around first though. Following a little snooping on the Lloyds site theirs seem pretty competitive, I also saw that someone got Lloyds to have a half price fee for the year somewhere on this site.
So I could get their Premier Account for the same cost - with extra benefits.
INFO:
Age: 20
Student, earnings - £400 per month (part-time job).
£3,000 a year student loan (into Natwest student account).
I'm not overdrawn either, unlike most students I know.
I also have a student credit card with Natwest which the balance is paid off in full as my allowance (£300-500 a month) so I probably have a good rating for my age.
I don't mind paying upto £15 a month (that's what O2 wanted for just phone insurance), with no minimum term/contract.
I'd like personal experience and recommendations.

Wasn't Advantage Gold given a 5* rating by Defaqto along with only one other or was that just Royalties Gold?0
