I used a discount code for 20% of Joules clothing and received my goods the other day. However, I've actually been sent used footwear!!!:eek:
Can you believe the nerve of them, just because it has 20% off doesn't give them carte blanche to pass of second hand goods!
The footwear was covered in scuffs, the heels were worn down and there was even chunks of mud in the soles!:mad:
So be careful of unscrupulous retailers undertaking this practice of off-loading sub-standard goods when you use a discount code!!!
