Can anyone help i have been troubled by foxes over the winter,but now they have decided to dig holes in my lawn some 4/5 inches deep.Any help would be appreciable

They are digging up worms, so you've got two options.

You can get one of those cat repellant sound systems that lets out a high pitched noise when movement is detected. The foxes don't like it.

or

You can leave out a little dish of dog or cat food, well away from your lawn. They find it more tasty and less hard work to have a snack rather than dig for worms.

Male urine round the edges of your garden may work, depends on the lure of food in your garden.

They bury eggs around our plot. I know they're not laying them unless they can also stamp them with the lion mark.

Found one in the compost bin last week...
