Since it's a new financial year, I decided to move some money from my ING account to my Cash ISA account and thought I'd have a look into fixed rates and other instant access savings accounts. I also thought it would be worth checking to see what ING can offer and I noticed that they are still up to their old tricks, give a low rate of 1% to their exisiting Web saver customers and give a rate of 2.75% to new customers. I also noticed that ING's ISA and fixed deposit offerings aren't that great either. I've been looking around and see that there are similar accounts that offer similar access but there have been a few complaints about those accounts (Tesco being one).
Is anyone happy with saving money with The AA, or can anyone suggest looking into any other banks that offer a decent rate and was easy to open the account?
TIA

Yes I am happy with the AA - took about 2 weeks from completing application to them receiving my funds. Easy to use, no delays in payments.
Pretty good overall.0
