I lost my DLA certificate, is it easy to get another one if I contact the DLA people?

What certificate do you mean?

An award notice, car tax form etc?

The letter you get with your DLA award, confirming details of your award.

Could I get a duplicate by phoning the DLA people

You should have just go the letter with new rates of DLA for this year, I got mine last week, if you have lost it they will send you a replacement if you ring them.

I think some organisations need the original dla award letter with the dates on. Will the DLA people send me another one of these please

I found my original DLA award letter but I am baffled as to why I didnt get my yearly letter saying rates have gone up.

I got my incap and DLA payment paid into my bank yesterday, as expected but want to know if anyone can tell me why I never received this years rate change letter.

I haven't received a letter about the new rates this year.

For the original award letter, just ring the DLA and they will send you one out. I asked for one last year and it arrived within a week or so.
