yeah we've had problems with McAfee its just not worth it to much faff, i recommend Norton internet security.

I use ccleaner its free and has a reg cleaner aswell.

Well Norton's not free is it? Whats more you must pay a each year to keep using it.
I havent tried Mcafee. I use CCleaner myself
I only gave mcaffee a mention on here because it was free although they'll probably try to charge you too after the year is up

norton is the worst of them all. it slowed my pc down to a crawl, i hate it

Norton may be good, but it slows your PC down so much. I reccomend AVG Antivirus or Antivir which are both free

I use ccleaner as well. My PC is slow by using Norton. When the 12 months is over I will install AVG.

AVG is great, been using it for years and never had any trouble with it - and of course, it's free!

I use Mcafee firewall and anti virus and have had no problems at all - doesnt even seem to slow my pc down that much - think i will try this out.

I had Norton on my machine and it was shocking! Bought a new Dell with McAfee and, although expensive, am very pleased with it. It cracks on and you don't even know it's there.
