Tax rebate....

When should I be getting my P60 for 2009-2010?

I have my w52 payslip from my current job but I only started working there October 2009. from June 2009 to October 2010 I was on JSA and April & May 2009 I was working and on a different tax code to now (603l).

I would have two April pays in the tax year as my previous job was paid end of month and now I'm paid at beginning & my w52 is my April 2010 pay. Going by what I have paid through my current job I am due tax back but how do I go about this especially as I was on JSA for a few months.
