What template to use

Hi Guys,

a while back i asked for a statement to show all my default/late payment etc... fees that were added onto my credit card.

This statement has now arrived.

My question is, what template should i use to send back to the credit card company, requesting they pay may these back?

will then usual one used for bank charges sufice?

You use the template on the credit card reclaiming guide, lol.

What bank / credit card company was it for?

So they sent a statement of all charges / fees but not your full statement history?

What did you say in your original letter to them requesting the statement?

I was wondering if this was possible as I am about to send off to request my statements but I don't want them to send me all of my entire statements for the past few years...

Party due to enviromental concerns/paper wastage and partly due to not wanting to sort through them all to find the charges.

If I could get them to just send a list of charges etc that would be brilliant!! :T
