What boiler?

I'm looking for recommendations for a combi boiler. It's for a one bedroom, one main bathroom, one cloakroom, 6 radiator flat.

What size do I require and what's a reasonable brand/model, without going overboard?

Do you have baths or showers mainly is the first question, along with how good is your cold mains flow and pressure?

An excellent mid range combi is that Broag Remeha Avanta Plus series. I fit around 4-6 a month and find them very good.

If you have mainly showers or low flow rate, you will find the 24c adequate, but if you like baths or more powerful showers and have a flow rate of about 14 l/min, then look at the 28c.

As always with a combi, you size the boiler for your hot water demand/usage, then have the boiler range rated down to match the radiator output.

If you find the right installer, you will get a full 5 year parts & labour warranty for no extra cost.

Thanks for the reply. I would say that I mostly have showers. Cold mains flow and pressure is good from what I can gather.
