Competition Entry

1.How to Enter
To participate in this prize draw, enter the required information into the prize draw form including your complete name, address (no P.O. Boxes); postcode, daytime phone number (including area code), and email address.
2. Entry
Only one prize draw entry per household irrespective of the number of free entries. Only fully completed entry forms are eligible.
3. End Dates
The prize draw ends at midnight on Friday 28th May 2010.
4. Eligibility
Participation open only to those aged 18 and over as of 1st March 2010. Employees and directors of VisitCornwall, Jigsaw, The Village, Watergate Bay, The Extreme Academy, the Jamie Oliver - inspired Fifteen Cornwall, its members, advertising and public relations agencies and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/members are not eligible to enter.
5. Drawing
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for the drawing. Drawing will be conducted by VisitCornwall whose decisions on all matters related to this prize draw will be final and binding. By entering the prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of the judges, which will be final and binding in all matters relating to the prize draw.
6. Prize
The prize consists of 2, three day breaks for up to 4 people staying in The Village, Watergate Bay. Lunch at the Jamie Oliver restaurant Fifteen, Cornwall, (three course menu, excluding drinks). A half-day free surfing tuition, including board and wetsuit hire for the duration of the tuition at Watergate Bay Hotel’s Extreme Academy. Dinner at The Beach Hut (three courses, excluding drinks).
7. Notification
The winners will be notified by email or by mail. If any winner cannot be contacted or in the event of non-compliance with these prize draw rules and requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. The winner has 30 days after being notified to claim the prize. If no acknowledgement is received within 30 days a new winner will be drawn.
8. Conditions
Participation in the prize draw and acceptance of any prize constitutes winners' permission to use their name, address town/city, likeness, biographical information and any statements made by winners regarding the prize draw by VisitCornwall for promotional purposes without notice or additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By participating, all entrants and winners agree to release and hold harmless VisitCornwall, Jigsaw, The Village, Watergate Bay, The Extreme Academy, the Jamie Oliver - inspired Fifteen Cornwall, advertising and promotion agencies, and all employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to and from the prize draw location, or participation in the prize draw, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize draw-related activity and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery insofar as this is allowed by law. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this promotion in any way shall be disqualified. Prizes are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions. There is no purchase or sales presentation required to participate.
9. Additional Terms
VisitCornwall reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this prize draw should (in its sole discretion) causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the prize draw. In such case, VisitCornwall and Jigsaw will select the winners from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken. VisitCornwall and Jigsaw reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the prize draw or Web site. Additionally, VisitCornwall reserves the right to prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law. VisitCornwall disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied associated with any of the prizes. Age restrictions apply to all sports at Watergate Bay's Extreme Academy. You must be over 8 to surf, over 18 to kitesurf, stand-up paddlesurf and waveski and over 12 for all other sports. Participation is at the absolute discretion of the instructor. Students below the age of 18 will need a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to sign a disclaimer to allow them to surf or participate in land kiting. The Watergate Bay Extreme Academy has Terms and Conditions for all sport activities which will be provided on acceptance of the prize.

10. Winners List
