Usually to qualify for free treatment you need to be on income based JSA. If you're on conts based JSA and have no other income you'll need to complete an HC1 form to claim on the basis of being on a low income. (but your student loan may be taken into account) worth a try though I suppose...0

They will take your student loan into account for any means tested benefits - including when your partners contributions based jsa runs out and if not working yet,, moves onto means tested. Just to give you the heads up - as it likely will disqualify your partner from being able to claim any means tested benefits.
As you are a student though - check with your university - cant you get them tested for free on campus? or check with your student union - they may have some discounts available or be able to offer some help.0 -

This is incorrect - he doesn't qualify for treatment; as he's not income based JSA.Sealed pot challenge #232. Gold stars from Sue-UU - :staradmin :staradmin £75.29 banked
