We've exchanged but are we safe?

We exchanged a week ago and are completing this Friday but I still feel nervous as if something could still go wrong. Is this normal? I have worries that we'll be left stranded because funds didn't clear or our buyer pulls out on Friday, or something else etc etc. I thought the worry would end after exchange but mine hasnt :( I want to order a new fridge freezer but scared to

I know it's hard but try not to worry. The chances of it not going ahead as planned are very very small, certainly not worth worrying about. Just look forward to your new house!

Once exchanged the buyer would have to pay you the 10% deposit - you would get 10% of the sale, so I doubt they would pull out. Good luck! x
