Too Late For Technology Funds?

I'm a bit light on the technology sector in my S&S ISA so I'd like to start paying into a tech fund. I'm only going to be putting in £50/month - nothing spectacular.
They have done very well in the recovery since last year, so my question is do they have further to go or do people think they are a bit over bought at the mo?
Here's my current portfolio. The * ones are the ones I'm currently paying £50/month into. It was the JM Finn Global Opportunities one I'm thinking of switching from.
* JM Finn Global Opportunities - 42.54%
Invesco Perp High Income - 24.69%
M&G Corporate Bond - 16.72%
* Baillie Giff Emerging Markets Growth - 11.80%
* IFSL Impax Environmental Leaders - 4.26%

No I don't think it's too late, in fact I increased my holding in RCM Technology Trust last week.
I own both Polar Cap and RCM as Investment Trusts.'In nature, there are neither rewards nor punishments - there are Consequences.'0 -
The MFM Techinvest Technology Fund topped the IMA table for the sector in 2009 with a gain of over 68%, over 5 points clear of its nearest rival and is currenly still in pole position with a gain of almost 98% since the end of 2008.
Techinvest reckon that small-cap tech shares still have a very long way to go.0 -
Thanks both - time for me to get researching then.0
