Incorrect visa debit payment

Hi all - I was in a restaurant in Spain over the bank holiday weekend, and at the end of the meal, I paid for my share of the meal on my visa debit card.
This payment should have been for 20 euros, but actually went through for 200 euros, and I didn't notice the discrepancy when I put my pin number in (yes I realise that's a bit stupid!!)
I tried phoning the restaurant when I got home and noticed what had happened on my bank statement, but couldn't get hold of anyone that spoke good enough english to help in any way.
Is there any thing I can do about this to claim the money back from my bank, or does this count as negligence on my part, and so I'm liable for the full 200 euros?
