I recently ordered some boots in the Jones the Bootmaker sale. Unfortunately, they e-mailed me to say that they no longer had any in stock at their warehouse but would check their shops and see if they had a pair there. Boots arrived Friday and a big thankyou to Jones the Bootmaker for making that extra effort and tracking them down. I know not every company would bother to do this.
