Carers allowance refund.

Please can any one tell me how a backpay refund of carers allowance is paid. I was told we would have a refund last week, it never came. Range them up and told it would be today when I start receiving it monthly in the bank but nothing has gone in to the bank and no cheque through the post.

Generally most benefits are always paid into some sosrt of a bank account I would give them another ring and ask whats going on.

    Hope that helps..............
