Tax credit passwords ?

Hiya

Whe i phoned a few weeks ago i was asked to set up two passwords which i did only problme being i wrote them down on the envelope instead of the actually tax credit forms and it looks like ive thrown it in the bin.

Has anyone else forgotten their passwords and what information did you need when you called up with out them ?

I know when I ring up it is the usual thing I know of the top of my head. Dates or family name.
They can normal tell if you are genuine by how quick you give a answer.

All sorted i rang and the passwords are attached to questions which made it easy for me to remember them so panic over :-)
