Electrical quote (kitchen & outside)

Am having kitchen re-done. Currently it's stripped out (including no ceiling) and all plaster is be removed from the walls. This is a quote for sorting out the electrics in my kitchen and also fitting an outside light and socket. Located in Cambridge.
Have been quoted £550 + VAT - Sound reasonable?
Strip out the existing:-
· Double socket outlets x 2
· Single socket outlet x 1
· Cooker isolator x 1
· Plus all assessable associated wiring.
Supply and install:-
· Surface double socket outlet x 1 (washing machine)
· Switched fused spur x 1 and low level single socket outlet x 1 (refrigerator)
· Cooker isolator and low level connection point x 1
· Above worktop double socket outlets x 3
· Switched fused spur x 1 and connection joint box x 1 (extract hood)
· External rated double socket outlet x 1
· Two gang two way light switch x 1 (switching the kitchen centre light and the dining room light).
· Three gang two way light switch switching the kitchen centre light, dining room light and the external light).
· Pendant light fittings x 2
· Fix and connect an external light x 1 (supplied by the customer).
· Test and provide a NIC EIC installation certificate and notify the local building authority with regard to compliance with Part P of the building regulations.

Looks good to me, around what I'd be charging here in West Yorks. Never just get 1 quote tough - always aim for 3.
