Credit Card in Credit

Strange one, but I cancelled this card a few years ago and have just found out I have been in credit all this time.
I have written to them asking for my money back with the same unterest that they would charge me, they don't even reply.
What I would like to know is, how do I go about getting my money back and am I entitled to interest and at what rate.
Hope someone can help.

Looks at your t's and c's. I'm pretty sure that it will say there is no interest on credit balances.

You don't expect to pay the same interest on an overdrawn curent account as you get when it's in credit do you. If you did get the same rate most people would be taking massive mortgages to put on credit cards.

When you cancel a card they should send you any credit balance. If they didn't it probably means that the card hasn't been cancelled.

Simply telephone them and ask for them to transfer the credit to you or send you a cheque.

You arent entitled to any interest as credit cards dont give interest on possitive balances and it isnt "their fault" you over paid and then failed to request the money back.
