Distance selling- postage

Thank you, yes I noticed that. Although in this case it's rather a grey area. I bought them by phone and they sent me an invoice with terms and conditions on it, which didn't mention return postage at all. They say that there are other terms and conditions are on their website, which I didn't look at, having purchased by phone (and the guidelines appear to say that a website isn't a durable medium anyway). Having said that, I'm agreeing to pay the return postage as it doesn't seem to be clear either way and hopefully if they see that I'm willing to be reasonable about it then they will too!
