I've been waiting about two weeks too....I suspect it's play.com but no way of chasing them.....I for one won't give up especially as we still had 8 coupons to print as well! Not a happy bunny:mad:

I have managed to send an email through their contact us page after a couple of attempts. So just waiting to hear from them, which will probably be sometime.

Also, I forgot to say I've read through the terms & conditions and can't see anywhere that it says they need to be printed by a certain date, plus the competition is still up and running and I presume it'll close later today as this is the last day. So I can't see why they're not letting us print them at the moment. My Mum won a camera last Thurs, I've told her not to get her hopes up!, she's not heard anything so far.:(

I have had the downloaded vouchers refused in Morrisons, Tesco and Asda they will only redeem the vouchers on the "safe coupon" paper which are sent through the post.

I guess it doesn't help that Play don't appear to have any in stock any more, except through a third party seller!

What with the problems with the photo frame prizes, the on/off availability of the coupons and now the Walkmans too - it's turned into a really good example of how not to run a promotion!

I won a Sony Walkmen and a £15 play.com voucher 5 weeks ago and am still waiting for them. Got the validation email 3 weeks ago and heard nothing since.
Bet they don't come now.

I am sorry to learn that you have experienced difficulties using the website to print out each winning coupon.
I would like to confirm that you should now be able to print your coupons, please be aware that you need to print any outstanding coupons by Friday 16th July 2010.

Get printing out those coupons guys!!!

Thanks Hbee, I also got the same email. I've started to print them and managed to print 3 so far and then it won't let me print anymore. Have you had any problems printing?
