    I'm quite disappointed really because i've been trying for so long and now that I finally win the chip and dip, it won't let me claim it. :(

    grrr! i won 4 times yesterday, all chip and dip vouchers, and now im getting the same message-what a joke!!

    I won it on 24th May, received email on the 27th May asking me to confirm my details. HTH :)
