well they should honour the people that have already won, it would have been simpler to stop people winning, much more fairer then letting them think they have won and then stopping claims, also why are the prizes not been spread out to last through the whole promotion? Hope it is just a blip.

They're not too prompt at confirming prizes - 10 days is not unheard of.

Also they don't seem to be sticking to 10 wins per person as per t&c's - seems to be a limit per household by the sounds of it.

I have been having trouble getting my digital photo frame I won about 7 weeks ago. I got the winning email after about 10 days saying I had won a Nextbase Photo frame. Now I've had another email saying I'm getting a Coby 7" one soon. This is a very inferior frame that sells for abut half the price of a Nextbase. I don't think its fair that they can substitute downwards like this. What do you think?

Reply and refer them to clause 14 of their terms and conditions for this competition;

Prizes are as stated. There are no cash or other alternatives to the stated prizes and unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter, the prizes will only be awarded directly to the winners. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

definatly point out clause 14! they have to stick to their offcial terms and conditions-afterall they make us do the same!

I contacted them last week on return from my holiday after trying out my camera i won on this competition only to find i couldn't take anywhere near as many photos of my holiday as i wanted as it keeps draining the batteries - as yet i have received no response - their customer service is appalling!
