Microwave Problems

We had a wedding list with Debenhams (we got married in June 08) on the list was a Hinari MX745GLSL Lifestyle microwave. A relative bought this for us and it was delivered in July 08. This microwave broke - it stopped heating anything up, all the lights were on and it was turning - after Christmas 08 (not 100% sure when but definatley the turn of the year) and we took it back to Debenhams and got a replacement. The replacement broke (same fault as previous microwave) on Friday 30 April 10, it was only approx 15 months old. I contacted Debenhams who said it was Hinari's problem, when I contacted Hinari they have told me Debenhams are the ones I need to speak to.
As it is the second microwave within two years I would like something done but I am unsure as to whether this is unreasonable being as it is out of the 12 month warrenty. Any advice would be greatly accepted :)
