Looking for a cc to pay off an od?

Options
I think that a while a go you could transfer cash from a cc to your bank account to pay off overdrafts.

Are these cards still available?

Thanks

If you have a Mint credit card cheque, you can make it out to yourself, pay it into your current account and use the money as you like.

Caution: Mint have at least 3 different deals running concurrently, so you need to check your terms and conditions to see how much, if anything, you'll be charged. It depends when you signed up for your card.

If you've already used your Mint cheques, you can request some more, but you need to get a move on. Mint cheques will not be issued after 1 September 2006 and they're unlikely to be reinstated until January 2007 at the earliest.

Dear me. What's become of the credit agreement you signed when you took out your Mint card?

You need to check the terms and conditions. It depends when you signed up for your Mint card.

If you really cannot find the relevant paperwork, you'll need to post the date when you took out your Mint card. Alternatively, ring Customer Services on 01702 351155 (to avoid the dreaded 0870 number) but please be careful. With at least three deals running in tandem, some staff are as confused as we are.

Your credit agreement is the best guide.

Didn't you see any when you viewed the Super BTs article? (hint, see post #2).
