There are plenty of proprietery (sp?) products available for repairing this kind of thing. Crudley speaking remove all corrosion, breaking back the concrete to un corroded metal. Apply red oxide paint or similarly recommended product. Patch with concrete repair mortar. Job done. Unless of course the concrete and reinforcement is in a bad way or forms a large % of the lintel and it should be replaced.0
