WOW! What a weekend. I had some time away from the computer for the past couple of days and came back to nearly 12 pages to catch up with. I am loving the challenges from BIG, and I am going to get on and do them after I finish here.
I would definitely suggest Linked In MG. It is a really great place to go. I would be happy to put you into my (extremely limited) network. I have had three job offers through Linked in. None of them were the right thing for me to do, but the networks there are great. Definitely worth investigating.
Right, off to do challenges and get ready for the week ahead. Not necessarily the perfect week, but as good as it is going to get will do!"A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort"Herm Albright 1876-19440 -
any change/challenge is scary!! But if you do the challenges, what is the worse that could happen? I think the worst is that nothing will happen, you'll still be in the situation you are in now, it won't make your debt increase, it's not gonna write you scary letters or phonecalls...

Absolutely - it has to have that element of fear about it in order to check whether you want it badly enough - and it is only when you want it badly enough that you will make a success of whatever it is you are aiming for.
The fear will change to adrenaline, and then to that feel good rush as you conquer your fears, realise things that scared you before no longer do so, that you are actually worthy of so much more than previously you gave yourself credit for, and can ENJOY THE LIFE YOU ARE GOING TO BE LIVING IN A VERY POSITIVE WAY.
What's not to like about the chance of doing that?

Thanks MG my book arrived yesterday while I was away:j (done 640 miles since yesterday morning:eek:).
Think somebody is trying to tell me something until I read firewalkers thread I had never heard of the Secret and then I was led to this thread and yesterday (although of course I didn't get it until tonight) something I requested for my new business idea arrived and blow me if it didn't refer to the law of attraction - I must be on the right track
The only downside is that I am still awaiting my copy of the secret as I was too mean to pay expedited postagestill I have plenty of research to do in the meantime and of course Mr. Big's challenges so that should keep me busy.

Yes, I've pasted them into Illustrator (being a Macgirl), I've given each day a colour and typed in my answers in black. I keep going back to them and updating them, then maybe one day when they are finished I'll print them out.
I took the kids to the park today and they were on the swings laughing their heads off - so carefree. The sun was shining on my face and for a moment.......all was well in my World.
Definitely a perfect moment
The only thing so far on my "Must Have" list is health - everything else feels kind of spurious....0 -
Sounds like you have had a very busy day MG. Hope you sleep well.
Word is spreading about you and the challenge. Several mentions of Memorygirl on Twitter tonight and in blogs. All very exciting.£10 a day in September £23.97/£3000 -

I'm hoping the speedreading section in Mg's book with help with that!Am I the only one who doesnt feel confident enough to do these chalenges? I think I need to write em all down, and face the fear
As the others have said, try them, you don't have to post your results on here.
I think I need to get a notebook to write the challenges in so that I'll have them to look back on or re-do again later. I didn't have internet access last night so I haven't done the perfect week challenge but I'll think about it tomorrow, I'm way too tired just now.
@clairewop Congrats on your jewellery sale. Didn't MrBig want us all helping one another here so perhaps your jewellery needs to be worked on. I noticed you said that loads of people are selling jewellery online--correct but there are just as many people, more probably selling books and Memorygirl is still managing to sell books so hopefully you can sell jewellery.
@Memorygirl MrBig want's you to save time. Catching up tonight I noticed that you replied to everbody with individual comments. Really nice of you but we know you're busy so maybe just thank the posts so people will know you read them.
I'd say the person who sent the cheque is glad you plan on using it. You'll have no trouble repaying it later.Total debt 11/1/2011 €5350.65Total debt 12/12/12 €3222.31CrazyClothesChallenge 2013 #006 €34.08/€5000 -
