Just write to Wescot saying that you sent the CCA request and the sum of £1 to Lloyds via Moorcroft on xx.xx.20xx and that Lloyds have not responded.
Until they do the account is in dispute.

Its down to them to sort themselves out!!

Almost a year and Lloyds are up to their old tricks. I received a letter from them today saying they have assigned all of its respective rights, title and interest to a company called Capquest Investments. It also states that Capquest Investments have appointed Capquest Debt Recovery.

As the account is still in dispute, what would my next step be as it appears that Lloyds have sold it on?
  • I am wondering should I send Lloyds another account in dispute letter?
