No, can't find it, but any chocolate cheesecake recipe could be converted. I will keep looking just in case though!

yes that's what i was thinking. one of my tabs was open looking for a chocolate bar based cheesecake to transform (which i obviously forgot to pursue :p) - depends on your skill level if you need a recipe*.... this for example - just use toblerone instead of mars

    * (to clarify, i would need a recipe as I've never really made cheesecake, but i know plenty of other who could just "whip one up" . I know the basic principle but wouldn't wing it first time :) ) :o

    Thinking chocolate mousse.

Melt your chocolate about 250g (? need to double check), with a couple of table spoons of milk and 3 or 4 tablespoons of coco powder. Let slightly cool.

Meanwhile whisk 3 egg whites till stiff. Add a third of the whites to the cooled chocolate to loosen the mix and then fold in the rest. Put in glass or ramekins and let it set for a couple of hours.

Maybe I am branching out here, but could you do some sort of toblerone cheesecake?

Kraft actually have a Toblerone cheesecake recipe. I've made it several times (before I had to cut out dairy, sigh) with just regular chocolate and it's lush - would be even better with the real thing! It even gotten rave reviews from my cheesecake hating family. :T

ETA: I never bothered with the almonds in the crust in my normal chocolate version, although they would complement the Toblerone well.

This is one for the barbecue but you could do it in the oven. Slice a banana lengthways and poke chunks of toblerone inside the banana, wrap in foil and put on the barbecue or in the oven for a few minutes until the chocolate has melted.
You could also make some cookies and add small chunks of toberone to the dough.

Yes Ive heard this too. Melt in the microwave (carefully) and then dip in chunks of prepared fruit, or marshmallows etc. Kids will go mad for this I reckon :)

Mmmmmm Toblerone cheesecake is amazing! One of my sisters specialities along with Baileys cheesecake.....on one occassion she combined the two and had a Baileys/Toblerone combo, I thought I'd died and gone to heaven.

Does anyone remember the Swiss Centre in London? I went there in the late 80s a few times and they served Toblerone fondue. It was amazing... Serve it with strawberries and bananas and you'll even be getting some of your 5-a-day!
