Linda, I have looked at your creation on another thread - GEORGEOUS
Floss, A petticoat would be to much, my dress has a "net overlay" so would look to "busy". I live in Orford, where did you live?
I did make a sash, it kind of added width to my midrift - not good.
I have since tried on my black waist cincher and ordered a white one, because this added more shape to my waist and looked much better. ( I also have a BIG hydranger bouquet, so I hope will hide a multitude of sins)
Thanks ladies x xI am pleased to give hairdressing help or advice, but a thank you doesn't go a miss.

Gleeful it must have been far more romantic then - Opposite Tesco are puplic loo's now, often frequented by gentlemen who enjoy certain lifestyle choice!!!!!!!I am pleased to give hairdressing help or advice, but a thank you doesn't go a miss.

I lived in Sankey.... I was there 2001 - 2006. I've lived all over the town: Sankey, Gorse Covert, Old Hall, Callands, Orford (off Longford Street) & then Sankey again. I don't miss it as much now, and now I feel that the famous Lancashire coastal resort is home, which is why we're marrying here rather than Warrington.0 -
