CTF and DLA

According to http://www.childtrustfund.gov.uk/templates/Page____1407.aspx children who received DLA care component in the 2009/10 tax year should have received an additional £100 or £200 in their CTF in April this year.
Has anyone for whom this applies, received notification from HMRC or from their CTF provider that this has been paid?
