Just had a quick look at their website:
They offer mortgages and loans, for which they say a typical rate is 7.7%, with actual rates depending on circumstances.
Before I got into the manure, I answered a mailshot, from one of the big lenders (Lloyds) which claimed typical rates of 6.5%. Even though my credit rating was reasonable, the best they could offer me was 12.9%.
Tyler Morgan say that they are regulted by the FSA. They say, in the next sentence, that the FSA do not regulate loans????
They say that their typical charge is around £750.00.
Sound like a nice crew.;)I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

I think what they mean by not FSA - that a loan under £25k is regulated by the Consumer Credit Act
FSA regulate mortgages - not secured loans
The company in itself would still need to be regulated and authorised by the FSA though0
