Unbeliveable!

Less than 1 month into an IVA and today I get a letter from what seems at first glance to be a nice friendly IVA support charity or something. It includes a letter telling me they're enclosing 2 of their most recent copies of 'IVA News' and their aim is to help support me through my IVA and hope to be able to shorten the 5 year period and save me a lot of money.

On closer examination it's only A BLOODY OFFER OF A SECURED LOAN!!!!! Two 4 page newsletters packed full of the reasons why I should get a secured loan from them on my house and use the cash to pay off my IVA early. Do these guys ever give up?

If it isn't from someone I'm actually dealing with, it goes straight in the bin!

You obviously not with either CCCS or Payplan are you?

This is just a trend i'm sorry to say.

The other day our bank phoned to discuss our CC and what did they suggest? That we take out an extension on our loan. We made that mistake once before but thanks to Martin and DFW we where now prepared for this. We kindly rejected their offer but asked if they could do anything about the interest on our CC, after alittle chat backwards and forwards they said no, but wh hadn't lost anything in the asking and they didn't get what they wanted.

Just see it as a part of the way we now live and smile at the fact that you know that and yet you are no longer accepting or part of it.

I'm with Payplan. I think I remember that a list is published somewhere of all new IVAs so they must troll that and send out their crappy heap of !!!!!! to everyone!
