reinstated IS

My other thread has been myseriously closed.....But I would like to say that I have had my IS reinstated. I am not a troll I am 6ft 2, why would anybody say that? Seems insulting.....Don't even know me?

Maybe someone on these boards is from the dss and is bitterly dissapointed that I got reinstated.

Correct, I got my news just before bank holiday and had lots to sort out, so have only just posted. My reason for posting was to help others in a similar situation, and clearly people from dss don't like me doing it., for whatever spurious reason they may have...

I do not think anyone from the DWP would be that bothered either way.

Also they do not have any power to close threads.

I got to say that reading through other similar types of posts, some definitely get closed quickly or comments get removed.....Quite often the negative posters do seem to be of a particular type of personality ie "well if I am crippled or such and such then why should you get a benefit instead of me"...and "why should you be so special that you get money for having an accident,, I have to work and I hate it so therefore you should suffer too"...blah blah..." type of comments, plus "you comitted a fraud and if I had my way you'd be tarred and feathered...etc..

It would not suprise me to learn who had asked that they (threads) be closed incase of some content possibly seen to be a help to those who may be planning a dishonest act of some kind...or unitentionally revealing a loophole of some kind?

I think the OP got a lot of negative comments regarding her query, and some of these were from posters with a knowledge of dss procedure, so we can draw our own conclusions....

Clearly OP had done nothing wrong and as such had her money reinstated, which is good.

So I for one, would wish her well., instead of being unpleasant.:)

I trust you can quote where the above comments were made? I must have missed the 'tarred and feathered' post ...
