british gas rebate question?

Try this one 0845 601 2006. I needed to phone with a query a couple of weeks ago ( didn't get my electricity rebate credited :mad: ) & this number from my confirmation letter got me through to the correct department.
I wonder if anybody else failed to receive the whole of the eligible rebate or if it was just poor old me.
Have to wait now till my next bill to see if It's credited on that one instead. The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.
I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.0
