i have done a search but nothing coming up

    Try this one 0845 601 2006. I needed to phone with a query a couple of weeks ago ( didn't get my electricity rebate credited :mad: ) & this number from my confirmation letter got me through to the correct department.

    I wonder if anybody else failed to receive the whole of the eligible rebate or if it was just poor old me. :o Have to wait now till my next bill to see if It's credited on that one instead.
    The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

    I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.
