Complaining to DFS (any guidance)

Hi
This is my first post on here, so apologies, if in wrong area etc.

I just wondered if anyone could offer any advice.

Tonight i have just Emailed DFS to file a complaint regarding two settee's that we have only had for 13 months.. I have stated that my complaint is because they are "Not fit for purpose".

I have obviously started the ball rolling, and will wait a reply then im sure they will send someone out who will tell me, i havent cared for them properly..
They are cushion backed settee's and at this time, the padding is that thin, the cushions are as good as useless. And also on one of the arms, the wood (or support inside the arm) has failed and is now just a hole where my elbow goes..
I can assure all that i have lovingly cared for these settee's we dont have numerous children clambering over them etc.. They are just poor quality and No good.
Does anyone have any ideas on what kind of battle im about to face please.

Many thanks
Jane
