Are you sure you bought the right one? What's on the order confirmation?Squirrel! If I tell you who I work for, I'm not allowed to help you. If I don't say, then I can help you with questions and fixing products. Regardless, there's still no secret EU law.
Now 20% cooler0 -
I was under the impression that you couldn't order from PC World Business without acting as a trade or business. You have to be a business to set up the account.Equaliser123 wrote: »Would still be the same unless the OP was acting in the course of a trade or business.0 -

Maybe but Courts have held previously that whether someone is acting in the course of a trade or business is a matter of fact and law. Even companies have been held to be consumers if the transaction is out of the ordinary for their everyday business.
Makro is a prime example where it is supposed to be B2B but there are massive amounts of B2C transactions.0 -
it was bought through a buisiness for the buisness owner hense pc world buisiness on my order it does say fuji hs 10. i presume they have a clause to help them get out of it so i will have to send it back and get a refund as the hs 10 is much cheaper else where0

Does sound like a B2B transaction. However, there has still been a breach of contract so rights are broadly the same.0 -
