Broken washing machine

I have a 5 yr old Zanussi Jetsystem washing machine which has been giving us little problems for a while we got an error code E90 which isn't in the manual but after ferreting around on the internet, I found out it meant there were problems with the circuitry. Now there is no water coming through the jetsystem at the front, although it does still fill through the drum
I am now not sure whether it is worth calling out an engineer or whether I would be better just to put the money towards a new machine. Anyone got any ideas?

I would phone a Zanussi repair specialist and explain the fault. They should be able to give you an estimated repair cost. You might then get it done cheaper by using a local repair company. A washing machine should last for more than 5 years but it depends how often it gets used0
