Logging into Paypal site(firefox)

When using firefox i cannot log in, i get ''error message 3014''. Paypal help says i have to enable cookies, i have done that but still the same. Any ideas.

What URL are you using? Is it from a link or a bookmark? Try to type only "www.paypal.co.uk" in the address bar.

Delete the paypal cookies and try again (I sure hope it IS the paypal site!)

Done it through my ebay link & bookmark no joy. Went onto IE & was able to log in but no joy with firefox.

Click on Tools => Clear Recent History

Choose everything. Close and open FF and try again.

Upto you, but next thing id be doing is checking for nasties (especially as its paypal)

Download MALWAREBYTES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION')
http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
Open malwarebytes and goto UPDATE and click 'check for updates'. After its updated goto SCANNER and click PERFORM FULL SCAN then click SCAN
Remove everything thats found (needs to be ticked)
Post the COMPLETE log here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds


reboot

Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD THIS VERSION')

Click MAIN MENU then DO A SYSTEM SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE(Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log)

Reset internet explorer

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Under Reset Internet Explorer Settings, click Reset.

if that doesnt work try FIREFOX
