65!!! crikey we are 63 and feel very young but we are spending our life savings on a dream eco home with an allotment. Why not, it is our money and we only live once. We will lose about 65k on this house because we are going to sell at whatever cost and then there is another 20k for all the expenses plus 15k or so on furniture etc. That will leave us with a good 100k less this month than we had in our savings two months ago and what the heck
By the way, we had no intention of doing all this two months ago. Just call it fate
