Question About Breakdown Cover (Fleet)

Might be a bit of a silly question
but I have Fleet AA cover through work & I'm struggling to find out online if this covers my car or myself or both. I'm not sure if 'fleet' suggests the car (it's my car not company)? and therefore my husband just needs cover for his car, rather than himself, as he does drive my car as well sometimes.
Does it make sense & does anyone know, thanks

My AA fleet cover covers the van, with named drivers using it.0

Just buy a Auto Aid policy that covers you and your husband for any car that you are driving or riding in.0
