Solid Doors in 80s House

I have a quick question about a terrace house built in the early 1980s. It has (original?) lightweight internal doors. I'd like to replace them with solid oak doors with glass lights in the top half.

I have a follow up viewing arranged and would like to check (amongst other things!) that the construction of the walls/door frames is suitable, as the new doors would obviously be heavier. Does anyone know what I should be looking for? Do the walls need to be solid or the doorframe constructed in a particular way to take the weight? (If I had to make alterations to accomodate new doors, would these cost a lot?)

Thanks in advance for your help!

I replaced all the downstairs 1960's sapele hollow doors in my house with glazed softwood doors that probably weighed 3 times as much. I had no problems. All the doors were mounted in solid (not partition) walls. I don't see why this should be problem.

Thanks, if when I check I find the walls are just stud walls, would that change your opinion?
