I've managed 8 miles of walking today (then my ipod ran out of battery, so it's recharging... I might do more later, or possibly a run). I should have done 14 on Sunday, so I'm very very behind with my training plan... I've also done a miniscule amount of work in the garden, so might head out to do a bit more as it's not currently raining...0
